Job Description
- The CSE Services Specialist will support COBU through the provision of administrative support services necessary for the achievement of the group’s commercial objectives.
- She/He will facilitate COBU transactions such relating to documents management, invoice payments, travel requirements, as well as support process owners in employee onboarding and offboarding arrangements, procurement requests, and other group wide logistics requirements.
- She/he will also provide assistance to COBU process owners in the preparation, monitoring, and validation of operational budgets with respect
- She/He will also act as a SPOC for COBU of various governance CSUs for cascades, roll-out, and other activities to ensure compliance of COBU to 1AP governance and strategic programs.
- Supports COBU process owners in fulfilling internal QMS requirements, such as documents submission to BPM, participation in audit interviews, and other relevant activities
- Supports COBU process owners in the submission and execution of ROPM requirements such as ORMP, Operational Plan, BSC, and other relevant activities
- Supports COBU process owners by acting as SPOC in the budgeting process and equipping the group with relevant information, guidelines, templates, and other parameters necessary to help prepare Onboarding/Offboarding of COBU: Coordinates with HR in processing and procuring work tools for onboarding team members and completing offboarding requirements
- Supports the COBU in processing their travel and logistics requirements
- Processes supplier invoice payments and coordinates with relevant CSUs and BUs as well as external stakeholders on payment status
- Ensures alignment with Finance of newly onboarded and/or transferred team members in their respective cost centers
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in ProjectManagement, Supply Chain Management, Service Fulfillment, and other related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or any 4-year related course
- Professional Individual Certification on Lean Six Sigma, Project Management are preferred but not required
- Extensive experience in Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Business Process Improvement and Business Process Governance
