Job Description
Will be responsible for providing support to effectively establish and implement the group’s programs on Branding and Reputation, and Stakeholders Engagement, both external and internal.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
- Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.
- Working closely with the Stakeholder Engagement Lead, manage engagement with one (or possibly more depending on the agreed scale of the Hedcor Group) to establish strong working relationships
- Help develop and manage delivery of stakeholder engagement plans of the Relationship Champions in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy
- Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and help craft responses to stakeholder enquiries
- Manage stakeholder engagement coordinators, providing guidance and directing their workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers in the stakeholder team
- Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and help to prepare/ready designated spokesperson for the organization when needed.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists, and maintain a media database.
- Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.
- Proficiency in design and publishing software.
- Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management.
- Able to travel frequently
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With good interpersonal, time, and organizational skills
- With background and experience in branding and reputation, and stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
- Knowledgeable of desktop publishing software, preferably Adobe Creative Cloud
- With at least two (2) years of related work experience
- 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet
