Total Rewards, Technology, and Compliance Specialist | Taguig  

Position Summary:

This position provides support to the TRTC Manager by collecting data, ensuring policies and procedures are established, and assists in monitoring market trends and technology development to support organization’s needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs Annual Merit Increase, Performance Incentive Scheme, and other company bonuses
• Collaborates with Controllership on Payroll and Tax concerns
• Ensures that all statutory requirements related to employee compensation ( i.e. Tax Annualization, Annual ITR etc.) are complied with
• Ensures compliance with government-mandated benefits and regulations
• Prepares the template for movement (Promotion, Lateral Transfer within BU and Appointment) papers and other required documents
• Prepares the template for MI/PIS computation and cascade material
• Prepares the Peer Calibration templates
• Ensures alignment of BU benefits programs with AP
• Collaborates with AP HR on Benefits review
• Research and implementation of new benefits based on trends
• Conducts periodic review and recommends improvements on policies and procedures through regular review and evaluation of current practices and standards
• Prepares and submits retirement actuarial reports
• Ensures data completeness and accuracy in People Central
• Updates the Project Go Easy and other dashboards
• Determines, implements, and monitors the development of innovative strategies to support the organization's needs
• Collects and studies data (thermal level) from HRBP, provides insights based on data gathered, provides forecast based on data gathered
• Conforms to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 Standards
• Reports Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security events/incidents or potential events, or other security risks to the organization/ committees-in-charge
• Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies.
  • Maintains availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents

• Preferably Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering or any bachelor’s degree
• College graduate with at least 3 years of working experience

• Total Rewards: Understands the overall rewards philosophies, market data, pay practices and related laws/regulations and uses this to plan and implement a long-term approach to align the company's reward policies and practices with its business objectives.
• HR Governance and Compliance: Maintains alignment and compliance of all HR documents and processes to the organization's Risk & Corporate governance strategy and regulatory-related demands; Provides guidelines on quality standards and suggests controls to safeguard and monitor the use of HR-managed (employee) information.
• Performance Management: Understands the different frameworks, processes and principles of performance management and uses this knowledge to design, implement, and monitor an effective performance management system
• Health and Wellness: Develops and implements initiatives (eg. programs, policies, communication and environmental support) to promote and strengthen employees' awareness of total well-being.
