Job Description
- Manage VOS functions: activate new client accounts, update client plans, update client payments, generate invoices
- Audit petty cash funds, employee commissions and client payment refunds
- Audit official receipts tracker
- Monitor employee cash advance and liquidations
- Manage accounts payable for (corporation)
- Prepare and manage check vouchers and check payments
- File monthly and quarterly government mandatories and tax compliance
- Prepare PayPal and manual invoices as necessary
- Prepare monthly financial statements for (corporation) including but not limited to: collection reports, new and recurring sales trackers, bank statement reconciliation, OR trackers
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience in accountancy
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Preferred fluency in Quickbooks
