Digital Marketing Lead  

Job Summary

The Team Leader for Social reports to the Manager for Social, and is responsible to lead a team of Ad Traffickers & Optimizers for Social to manage day-to-day operations. He/She will work with the Ad Operations - Social Team throughout the project life cycle, to support the design, development and implementation of campaigns/orders. Also, oversees the production process and act as liaison between clients, internal and external sales representatives, managers and other cross-functional departments.

This position shall also performs mentoring and monitoring of all Service Level Agreements (SLA). Also responsible for daily administrative tasks such as but not limited to creating reports, attendance and behavioral monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Digital Advertising and Sales Enablement Production Responsibilities

● The skills and knowledge of the Social Media Advertising Ecosystem

●To be able to traffic, schedule, and optimize campaigns through different platforms such as but not limited to Facebook Business Manager (FBBM), TikTok, Snapchat or other Social Media Platforms.

B. Leadership and Management Responsibilities

● Provides leadership and direction to the Digital Design Services Ad Operations - Social Team

●Thorough understanding of all social platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter.

● Manages team’s attendance including planned and unplanned leaves to ensure correct staffing on a day-to-day basis based on needs and volumes.

C. Other Production Responsibilities

●Determine and decides on re-assignment of resources to different orders, overtime and other operational requirements, in the absence of the managers.

●Support in checking of applicant exams as well as conducting applicant interviews and making sound decisions during the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

● Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in online marketing, digital advertising, mobile or related environment (DSP)

● Experience in developing and implementing various digital advertising strategies

● Must have solid understanding of marketing principles, audience targeting and data collection methods.

● Knowledgeable on agency and publisher advertisement tags, performance metrics for advertising campaigns, scheduling and reporting preparation.

● Must demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities

● Proficient in MS Office and Google Editors

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
