The Program Lead will oversee the development and execution of Alon Akademie’s programs, ensuring alignment with its mission and strategic goals. This person will play a critical role in designing and refining curricula, managing external communications, coordinating logistical aspects of workshops, and leading a team of volunteer facilitators. Experience in applying psychological principles to program design and implementation is highly valued.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in program design and implementation, preferably in education, community development, youth empowerment, or psychology.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing volunteers or teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for empowering children from underserved communities.
