The Program Facilitator will primarily focus on delivering engaging and interactive workshops for children, following Alon Akademie’s structured program guides. This is a project-based role, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on facilitation and direct interaction with youth. Knowledge of child development and positive behavior management techniques is beneficial.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Level (preferably with a background in education, social sciences, psychology, or related fields)
- Experience working with children or youth in educational or recreational settings.
- Experience applying principles of child psychology is a plus.
- Comfortable leading group activities and facilitating discussions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and able to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Passion for creating positive learning experiences.
