Essential Job Functions:

1. Creating social media content plans that align with the company's brand identity.
2. Creating and distributing relevant content across all social media platforms, including original posts, editing existing posts, increasing customer engagement, and promoting campaigns.
3. Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
4. Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance for optimal results.
5. Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.

Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

1. Candidates must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any related course from a university/college;
2. At least 1-2 years of related experience in digital marketing or at least social media including planning and managing content. Background in a Consumer Goods set up is an advantage;
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
4. Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications with good communication skills.
