Job Description
- Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P, A/R, Journal Entries and monthly closing of books.
- Organize all company financial concerns and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization.
- Conducts regular audit of inventory , capital expenditures and petty cash funds.
- Monitor and perform account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
- Analyze and forecast financial requirements.
- Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
- Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Provide supporting schedules for auditing purposes.
- Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
- Provide support to safekeeping of internal expenses in the company.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Three (3) years general accounting experience
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel knowledge of Excel (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables)
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
