- Oversee daily cash flow to maintain company liquidity
- Keep accurate record for financial transactions, including bank transfers, bill payments, and invoice processes
- Review & implement financial policies
- Support the continuous improvement of processes through the development and enhancement of policies, procedures, guidelines, tools and systems
- Assisting external auditor for audit process
- Responsible for Internal closing process & report to external
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in related fields
- Understand the flow and how to create and read financial reports along with financial ratios
- Understand the financial report audit process
- Master the Company's Operational Business Process
- Have the ability to create L/R reports (profit and loss), Journals, Balance Sheets, etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI, and tax-related software
- Having a Breavet A & B Certification is more preferable
- Strong understanding of journal preparation and accounting principles
