Paascu Project Staff for Ateneo Grade School  

Project Based: Until December 2024

Summary of Project Scope:

The Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools Colleges and Universities is scheduled to conduct a resurvey visit at the Ateneo Grade School in December 2024. Ateneo Grade School will hire a Project Staff who will assist the current Paascu Coordinator in preparing Paascu-related documents.

Under the supervision of the Paascu Coordinator, the Project Staff is expected to perform the following:

I. Data Gathering and Reports Managements Support

• Assists in preparing reports (e.g. self-survey report, presentations, etc.), data, and materials needed for accreditation through the following:
• Gathers data and materials from departments and other administrative offices
• Prepares, formats, and organizes the data and materials using Google Workspace
• Collates, submits, and distributes copies of reports to authorized representative/s
• Prepares minutes of the meetings related to school accreditation activities

II. Logistics Support for Events and Activities

• Assists the Coordinator in various logistical preparations and implementation of the different activities which include but may not be limited to:
• Reserving facilities and equipment
• Ordering of food to be served at the venue/s
• Serving as part of the secretariat/registration
• Coordinating with resource persons in Ateneo Grade School administrative offices for other logistical requirements as needed

III. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, or any authorized representative.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Has good typing and minute-taking skills
• Has the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
• Has the ability to safeguard confidential data, records, files and other matters
• Skilled at using Google Workspace

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of work experience in an office setting
