Creative Production Project Manager | Work from Home  

Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is an e-learning development startup that focuses on helping companies transition into e-learning using our content creation service and proprietary learning management system.

Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenge and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future.

We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.

Purpose:

• To oversee and coordinate various aspects of animation and content production projects from start to finish, requiring excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Areas of Responsibility:

You will be given the opportunity to manage the production side of e-learning projects:

• Managing workflow for internal staff and freelancers completing videos, designs, and other project deliverables, including but not limited to graphic design outputs and various vector / illustrated assets to fulfill the e-learning content creation requirements of the company:
  • Storyboards
  • Vector assets for animated videos
  • e-Books and Infographics for online courses
  • Other graphic design tasks
• Dividing projects into actionable tasks with set timeframes.
• Ensuring proper task assignment, monitoring, and completion.
• Reviewing project documentation for quality and providing production guidance as needed.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Performing quality checks to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to clients.
• Developing and implementing quality assurance measures to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Improving quality process for projects handled.
• Recognizing potential project risks and issues that may arise during the project and working out effective solutions to address them.
• Providing leadership and direction to project team members, including assigning tasks and offering guidance and feedback to team members.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree relevant to Business, Communication, Marketing, Arts, Multimedia, Design, or any related field.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of managing a team and understanding of the production process needed to execute the production work.

• With experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience or knowledge of animation and the animation pipeline is a plus.
• Able to help manage multiple freelancers to complete a project
• Able to communicate effectively and work with a team
• Knows how to pay attention to details
• Has good interpersonal, communication, and written skills
• Able to lead and motivate teams to accomplish project objectives
• Ability to submit a creative portfolio comprised of illustrations/vectors, storyboards, and 2d animation/explainer video samples is a plus
