Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Staffing agreement with company looking for RNs, LPNs, RNs or HHAs Script provided
- Sourcing are from different job platform like Indeed, Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn and others
- Screen and qualify the person that can do the job. Mandatory qualifications must be met.
- Recruiter does phone or video screen of Applicant.
- Check if they are interested, if they are forwarded to Chaim for onboarding.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Good english communication skills
- Ability to understand medical terms
- At least 2 and above recruitment experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to hit recruitment target on a weekly basis
