Project Manager | Business Transformation  

Job Summary:

Responsible for understanding core products and services of the Company and benchmarking its current performance against industry standards, market needs and competition. Able to create new business models and/or business plans to pivot legacy products and services to innovative solutions that will deliver superior customer and user experience that will contribute to the Company’s overall profitability.

II. Job Purpose

As Business PM / Senior Business PM under Business Transformation and Special Projects Group, the individual is responsible for managing non-BAU projects across several Groups and/or Departments that is aligned with the Company’s goals to innovate, transform and optimize Business Processes, Products and Services that will improve BAU practices that may be translated to certain metrics such as cost-savings, increased revenue, competitive advantage, brand building, etc

• Revisit and map out BAU processes of different Bayad Groups and Stakeholders to identify pain points and gaps for optimization to improve efficiency, delivery time, and end-user experience.
• Conduct regular market scanning and benchmarking including competition to be endorsed to respective internal Business Units and/or Process Owners for relevant Product/Service review.
• Acts as main SPOC for ‘New Businesses’ or ‘Special/Exploratory Projects’ outside core Products and Services of Bayad

Job Specifications:

• Experienced in Product Management, Digital Transformation, FinTech, Emerging Technologies in the Financial Industries, Business Planning and Market Research − Strong oral and writing abilities − Effective communicator and superior presentation skills − Innovator and/or Early adopter
• Education, Licenses and Certificates − Degree holder from a reputable University − Graduate of any IT-related and/or Business-related course; preferably a combination of both
• Relevant Experience − 10-15 years work experience − Project Management − Agile/Scrum Master preferred
