Recruiting Coordinator  

We are looking for someone who’s “results-oriented” and always eager to get things done, but never at the cost of a thoughtful or strategic approach. You'll be a guru when it comes to organizing schedules, general logistics management, and other ad-hoc interview coordination tasks. You will help to ensure that we provide an outstanding candidate experience during the interview process!

The Role:

• Learn to use our applicant tracking system Greenhouse, and our scheduling tool Goodtime, to efficiently schedule candidates.
• Manage the recruiting inbox to provide thorough and urgent answers to potential applicants and candidates in the interview process.
• Responsible for coordination of interview scheduling for multiple hiring managers, ensuring the correct prep and information is being relayed to the candidate.
• Managing notifications to efficiently streamline the interview process, and move candidates through the pipeline in a timely manner.
• Assist recruiter with talent projects to optimize the hiring manager and applicant experience.
• Create job descriptions and application forms for roles across various departments.

• Willing to work US EST/PST hours
• Experience in using Greenhouse ATS or Goodtime
• Experience working as a recruiting coordinator or administrative assistant is preferred
• Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
• Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Experience working at a US- based tech company is preferred
