- Perform record keeping, general and specific clerical and administrative functions
- Provide administrative and clerical support to department manager and all Facilities Staff
- Maintain a variety of records, supplies, calendar, schedules, file, etc. for the purpose of providing documentation in accordance with administrative requirements together with department manager, monitor services request from other departments and assigning it to appropriate personnel
- Assist in the formulation of a standard for housekeeping activities and evaluation of facilities personnel
- Monitor activities and projects of Facilities Department to ensure compliance with the standards
- Monitor all housekeeping activities and ensure compliance with the safety and cleanliness standards of the school
- Assist in purchasing facilities related supplies and equipment as directed by the Facilities Manager
- Assist in asset management and inventory control as directed by the Facilities Manager
- Assist in preparation documentary requirements of Barangay, and City Permits
- Prepare necessary reports, memorandum, presentations and other documentation as directed by the supervisor
- Receive, forward and file confidential information pertaining to the Facilities Department
- Coordinate and update pending tickets / tasks that are assigned to Facilities Department
- Other tasks assigned by the Management such as development of systems for facilities department operation, facilitation of ID
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree

At least 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in the day-to-day operation of a commercial building plus monitoring and evaluation of housekeeping and maintenance tasks

At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the supervision of housekeeping and maintenance personnel

Must be an individual with proven personal and professional integrity

Adequate knowledge in the use of industrial cleaning equipment and products

High level of attention to detail, organization and cleanliness

Strong relationship-building, organization and communication skills
-
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
-
Ability to work around technology and new software is preferred for this role

Flexibility to handle and work in various shifts including Saturdays
