Job Description
We're looking for someone smart and energetic to work and learn in our team!
As a Paralegal you will:
- Coordinate with legal counsel
- Monitor cases and report progress to management
- Maintain legal document records
- Attend hearings/mediation and other legal proceedings
- Contribute to the discussion of active cases with legal counsel and management
- Work closely with other departments (including Finance, Accounting, and Operations)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must posses a Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 3 years of legal experience
- Working knowledge of real estate law
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Self-starter and independent
- Honest and trustworthy
- Fluency in written and oral English
