As an integral member of our team, the Marketing Officer will play a vital role in delivering essential support in the strategic projects to help achieve company’s success. The key responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:

• Keeping the team on track in terms of calendar, budget, and contracts management
• Assisting the team in the production and execution of successful marketing campaigns
• Organizing and monitoring marketing calendar and contracts for campaign execution
• Monitoring competitor activities to identify emerging trends in the industry
• Analyzing customer data, such as purchase patterns or demographics, to determine potential new markets or product lines
• Preparing reports on marketing activities such as budgets and campaign results
• Coordinating with vendors to arrange for production of advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials

You might be who we are looking for!

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or other related courses
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing support, operations and contract management
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders, partners, vendors and clients
• Posseses great organizational and time management skills
• Relevant experience in contract management
• Amenable to hybrid work setup
