- Freshgraduate dari lulusan Design Interior / Arsitektur
- Memiliki komunikasi dan skill negosiasi secara verbal dan tertulis
- Dapat membaca dan berkoordinasi mengenai desain dan gambar kerja
- Mau mempelajari teknis estimasi MEP
- Dapat mengoperasikan Autocad dan Sketchup
- Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel
- Dapat membaca gambar kerja
- Mampu melakukan estimasi pekerjaan arsitektur dan interior secara sederhana
Minimum Qualifications
- Melakukan assist pekerjaan mengenai estimasi budget
- Membantu membuat perhitungan Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
- Membantu melakukan pencarian vendor dan evaluasi vendor
- Merupakan lulusan dari Interior Design atau Arsitektur
- Lokasi penempatan di Cipondoh, Tangerang
