HR Generalist  

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in the event industry in the Philippines. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our organization and ensuring the effective management of human resources processes and initiatives. You will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent, while also fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our company values.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the event industry.
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process.
• Monitor and ensure the full onboarding process for new hires

Employee Relations, Engagement & HR administration:

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and grievances.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement through various initiatives
• Implementation of employee engagement plans and activities
• Assist in the administration of benefits programs, filings, and all other administrative tasks under HR

• Bachelor's Degree: Course related to HR, Psychology;
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
