Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Director at Get Hooked 360.
The Creative Director (CD) is a leader responsible for driving the creative direction and strategic vision of a specific team or project. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams across copy, art, video, and other creative functions to deliver high-impact and innovative campaigns that align with client objectives and business goals.
The CD champions a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team's creative output consistently meets or exceeds industry standards and resonates with target audiences. This leader also acts as a key liaison with clients, stakeholders, and senior executives to foster strong partnerships and ensure creative initiatives effectively align with broader business and brand strategies. Lastly, the CD sets the team's culture and working ways which should be aligned with the company's overall values & business objectives.
Summary
- Define and drive the creative vision for client campaigns
- Inspire, mentor, and guide creative teams to produce innovative, high-quality work that elevates the client’s brand.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new ideas and practices to keep the agency at the forefront of creative excellence.
- Partner with clients and account leads to understand client goals, target audiences, and competitive landscapes to develop informed and effective creative strategies.
- Lead pitches, presentations, and creative sessions with clients, showcasing the agency’s creative potential and securing new business opportunities.
- Act as a lead creative liaison for clients, fostering trust, managing feedback, and ensuring alignment on project vision and objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, collaborative creative team, including designers, copywriters, art directors, and digital content creators.
- Drive team performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, and professional growth within the creative department.
- Collaborate with account managers and production teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Ensure that all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, client expectations, and regulatory standards where applicable.
- Champion integrated thinking across all creative executions to maximize impact across digital, social, mobile, and other platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, communication, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a creative or digital marketing agency, with a strong portfolio of successful, innovative campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor creative teams, with a deep understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
- Expertise in design software, digital tools, and platforms, with a solid understanding of brand storytelling, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and articulate creative ideas effectively.
