The HRAD Assistant (Recruitment) is responsible in workforce planning and implementing recruitment and employment activities ensuring that manpower requirement of the different business units is provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Screens incoming resumes and application forms and conducts an initial interview of prospective candidates for job vacancies.
- Provides shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the final interview.
- Advertise job openings on the company page, social media, and other job boards.
- Send examination links and application forms to applicants and conducts background checks.
- Coordinates with the Hiring Managers for Job Description, DTL and KRA.
- Negotiates with the applicants considered for the job opening.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate preferably HRM/Psychology/equivalent
- With at least 6 months to 1-year end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience from Recruitment firms or agencies is an advantage
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
- Willing to work in BGC Taguig
