Job Description
- Filing of Accounting documents.
- Assisting of the following:
a. Bank Payment
b. Encoding of Accounting documents
c. Printing of invoices, RT, DV, APV, TAX forms, and JE.
d. Five S's and Housekeeping (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Sanitize and Sustain)
e. Checking of email inbox and reading all unseen mails
f. Bank Visit for Passbook Update/ Deposit/ MC Request
g. Compiling, Sorting and Printing of RT's (Receiver Ticket)
h. Answering Phone Calls (Handling Supplier Concerns, follow ups and query)
i. Scanning of AR Files
j. Scanning of AP Files
k. Scanning of GL Files
l. Scanning of TAX Files
m. Updating the monitoring for accounting supplies
n. Monitoring and Encoding of Old Accounting files for San Juan
o. RFP Creation/ RFP Request, if needed
p. Check Release to Collectors
q. Taking out the trash
r. Reporting to accounting assistant Supervisor and head for quick updates and significant concerns
Minimum Qualifications
1. Candidate must possess BSA or at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Accountancy
3. Willing to do internship in BGC, Taguig City - Onsite.
4. Schedule will be dependent on the schedule of applicants.
5. Applicants must be residing in BGC, Taguig.
6. Required skill(s): MS Excel.
7. Willing to learn more about Accounting (AP and AR)
8. Can work under pressure.
9. Can do Multiple tasks.
