Job Description

Communicate and connect with our trainers, learners and learning consultants from all over the world as a Junior Support Associate. Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, and act as a first line of customer support that provides top-notch service for our users, and ensures a seamless experience for both trainer and learner during their lesson.

What you will do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal clients.
  • Provide assistance to trainers, learners, and learning consultants worldwide;
  • Fill out forms necessary to complete the process
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues via email, live chat, or and phone.
  • Collaborate and assist in creating solutions to issues that arise on our learning portal or phone applications
  • Provide backup to learning consultants abroad in case of emergency or during their offline hours.
  • Attend trainings given by the Operations Support Supervisor;
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Technical Support Representative is an advantage.
  • A graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Open Office is a very strong advantage;
  • Must have the ability to type fast (at least 45 wpm);
  • Process-oriented and have keen attention to detail.
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Technical background is a plus
  • Willing to work on weekends and on holidays (graveyard shift);
  • Open to work onsite in Eastwood City, QC
