- In charge of generating invoices
- Process credit card payments
- Authenticates sufficient and timely provision of funds
- Updating Player Value for each transactions
- Key person for urgent matters
- Answering Incoming calls
- Responding to emails and tickets
- Manage and resolve client’s complaints
- Setting up an appointment
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Escalate calls to supervisors
- Updating client’s account information
- Save, organize, and make a Masterfile of folders for each client's documents
- Report for all brands – daily, weekly and monthly
- Managing Status Cash Flow
- Immediate responsible for general task
- Proactively keeping trackers of every transactions such as deposit, upsells, withdrawals and profits
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of technology, software applications and computer systems.
- Advanced customer focus and customer service skills.
- Exceptional training and coaching skills to motivate employees.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and in control of a situation.
- Candidate must have a bachelors degree of any course.
- Ability to work under pressure.Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Willing to work on site.
