Job Description

  • In charge of generating invoices
  • Process credit card payments
  • Authenticates sufficient and timely provision of funds
  • Updating Player Value for each transactions
  • Key person for urgent matters
  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Responding to emails and tickets
  • Manage and resolve client’s complaints
  • Setting up an appointment
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Escalate calls to supervisors
  • Updating client’s account information
  • Save, organize, and make a Masterfile of folders for each client's documents
  • Report for all brands – daily, weekly and monthly
  • Managing Status Cash Flow
  • Immediate responsible for general task
  • Proactively keeping trackers of every transactions such as deposit, upsells, withdrawals and profits

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding of technology, software applications and computer systems.
  • Advanced customer focus and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional training and coaching skills to motivate employees.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and in control of a situation.
  • Candidate must have a bachelors degree of any course.
  • Ability to work under pressure.Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Willing to work on site.
