Job Description
- Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining accurate daily booking record of transactions of all Inteluck-cebu clients directly to Main DTR.
- Responsible for the monitoring of daily deliveries and provide timely update to our clients and to our management.
- Serve as Customer Service Representative to take all concerns as coordinated by our trucking crew that they encounter during there delivery, as well as provide assistance to escalate and address immediately the said concerns.
- Assist to all Logistics Onsite Coordinators to address and escalate any customer related concerns.
- Assist Onsite Coordinators to improve their performance at work and give them more focus with their main task as Onsite Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): logistics, supply chain
- Candidate must be willing to work from 6x a week.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
Communication and Working Relationship
- Reporting directly to the Supervisor and Logistics Manager
- Frequent and interactive contacts with the logistics operations team, and support services business functions.
