Admin | HR Intern  

We are seeking dedicated interns to assist with various HR functions and the finance team (if necessary). Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and maintaining positive employee experiences within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Provide assistance in various HR administrative tasks, such as filing documents, entering data into HR systems, and generating reports as needed.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and company events, including logistics coordination and materials preparation.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the HR team.

• College or University student enrolled in the current school year
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Can work 8 hours a day, excluding lunch break
• Willing to render at least 300 hours
• With a stable internet connection at home
