Country Manager PH  

As Kalibrr’s Country Head, Philippines you ensure that the company’s Philippines operations align with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives, and policies; you are deeply involved in all aspects of country operations including developing business, partnering with our customers, recruiting talent, increasing our market awareness and owning the profitability of the country. You will be a critical influencer the organizational culture of the Philippines operating teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, shape and manage every aspect of our expanding Philippine country operations
• Own country KPIs including revenue, profitability, budget, NPS, retention and market adoption
• Recruit the best talent within the Philippines and region to join your team
• Represent Kalibrr as the highest ranking country officer at official events, internal committees and related functions
• Develop relationships with executive and HR leaders within Kalibrr’s existing customer base
• Develop relationships with executive and HR leaders with the Top 1000 companies in the Philippines
• Optimize and scale our customer-facing teams (sales, marketing, customer support, customer success) and develop world-class operational excellence
• Identify new market opportunities and develop go to market strategies that can expand Kalibrr’s presence in the Philippines
• Act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposals, bid preparation and all customer follow-up
• Synthesize and report on monthly, quarterly and annual progress towards your goals and objectives
• Cultivate the next generation of Kalibrr leadership within your organization
• Develop strategic partnerships with other businesses, government entities, associations, foundations, and universities to further drive Kalibrr’s growth
• Collaborate with the country leadership in other countries as well as the executive teams to share insight within your operations and to ensure alignment with regional and global strategy
• Ensure project, customer deadlines are met
• Ensure adherence to budget
• Contribute to the strategic direction and overall success of Kalibrr as a whole

• Solid demonstrated experience in management, people management and development

• Relevant experience in client management, reporting and process improvement, performance management

• A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn

• Experience working in startups

• Outstanding negotiation skills

• Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills

• Solid history of data-driven strategic development
