Job Description
- Assist and collaborate with the legal team to do daily tasks of the company's legal unit, including drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents
- Assist in obtaining licensing and/or company compliance with applicable regulations in Indonesia
- Assist in administration and filing of company legal documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4th semester students majoring in Law
- Understand government regulations and applicable laws
- Familiar with making legal internal and external documents, including manage company legal documents.
- Have the ability to analyze situations and conditions related to legal issues
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Have good persuasion and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficienct in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work from office
