Likha-iT being one to freee’s mission of “Empowering small businesses to take center stage”, we are committed to develop and provide an “integrated management platform” that integrates, automates, and streamlines all back office operations.

Likha-iT is part of freee’s Global Engineering division that has just been launched at the beginning of 2022 and currently developing products and building up diverse and talented development teams.

This time, we are looking for a Scrum Master who can facilitate collaboration and communication between engineers and leaders to ensure a successful project outcome.

>What you’ll do:

• Facilitate daily team meetings to get updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track.
• Perform sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
• Create and onboard project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product.
• Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
• Remove blockers and help the project team become more organized and empowered to innovate and make decisions.

>What we seek:

• Strong analytical, planning, and organization skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high-level of customer trust and confidence
• Experience in using project management tools such as Jira
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including executive level.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and expertise in Agile and Traditional project management

Terms & Conditions:

• Amenable to work onsite 3x a week (Required)
• Can attend technical or final face to face interviews.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
