Guest Operations Officer  

As a Guest Operations Head, you will be in charge of ensuring excellent, world-class educational guest operations and forest maintenance in our trails. You will also be expected to learn, be resourceful, take leadership in your position, and accomplish the following tasks:

• Spearhead trail and hiking operations;
• Ensure efficiency in the deployment of park rangers and middle-managers in guiding or maintenance work, as well as their development and growth through proper audits and programs;
• Training and development capability, and ensuring follow through of rangers for area-specific knowledge (communications, service excellence, scientific information)
• Host and ensure service excellence is delivered for guests; and
• Report to the Project Manager and implement park initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in any course, preferably with Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences, Forestry, Science Communications, Management, Hospitalty Management, Tourism Management, and othe related fields
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be in good physical condition for daily walking and outdoor activity

Note: The role is primarily based in the georeserve in Baras, Rizal (1.5 hours from the city) from Tuesday to Sunday. Modest quarters on-site are available by request.
