Facilities Supervisor | Makati

The Facilities Supervisor manages day-to-day facility operations, including electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, fire protection, and safety. You will be coordinating with different business units and third party contractors to help meet our facility needs and maintain our office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit facility repairs and maintenance of office spaces and equipment
• Implement preventive maintenance measures for facility systems and equipment, including air conditioning units and refrigerators
• Identify time frame, costing, and other requirements for maintenance and repair works
• Manage a team of assistants for daily and project tasks
• Consolidate reports on the status of projects and facilities

• Background in electrical works is preferred
• Experience leading a team is preferred
• BOSH certification or equivalent in safety management is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in building management
