- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Conduct project post-mortems and implement lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage project budgets and track financial performance.
- Develop and implement project management best practices.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role in managing complex IT projects min 3 years.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum Master are a plus.
- Availability for occasional travel as required.
