Job Description
- Oversee and maintain server, storage, data backup and disaster recovery center
- Manage company IT asset such as computers, servers, printer and networking devices.
- Handle incident and user request against company internal business application
- Analyze and investigate minor & major problem on business application, mitigate and apply for permanent solution
- Manage change request throughout its lifecycle (planning, CAB Evaluation, implementation, UAT, release, review, closing)
- Manage project task, milestone and periodically report their status
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/IS
- 5 years experience in IT role
- Experience in MS Dynamics NAV / BC ERP, WMS, HRIS, and IT ServiceDesk application
- Experience in edge network infrastructure, server (on-premise / cloud), data backup and disaster recovery
- Experience in Windows Server environment (Active Directory, DNS, Printer Server)
- Understanding programming such as PHP, Python, C/AL, and AL will be an advantage
- Possess network and infrastructure, or cloud server certification will be an advantage
- Actively communicate in English
