Sales Operator  

We have a full-time Email Lead Generation position open that will be focused on managing cold email campaign.

You must have a strong understanding of written English and be confident in your written communication to be successful in this role. Additionally, previous experience with LinkedIn and its features, and previous experience with cold email, lead gen, or customer support or sales is required.

We will train you on our method, tools, and provide templates for you to follow, but some conversations will be contextual and it is essential that you can send personalized messages with few grammatical errors.

Your first 2 weeks will be at half-time 20 hours a week for training, then ramped up to full-time once your trained. Bonuses and commissions will be paid based on performance and we're looking for someone who is eager and motivated to grow in the role.

Daily tasks will include:

• Searching, scraping and qualifying lead lists based on specific search criteria
• Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets and other software systems
• Managing email replies, sales follow up tasks, and appointment bookings
• Responding to all leads with templates, managing and tracking the CRM, and doing follow ups.
• Tracking campaign performance, metrics, and updating weekly scorecards

Important
- Must be available to work nights (9pm-5am PH Time)
