Job Description
The SEO Manager will lead the entire SEO Department, overseeing its activities.
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
- Supervise a team of SEO specialists to carry out SEO strategies.
- Conduct market and keyword research to develop plans.
- Develops and implements new SEO trends that are consistent with current strategies and best practices. Stays abreast of SEO events, enhancements, and successful techniques in order to be up-to-speed on potential training topics.
- Collaborates with other departments to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and components
- Identify and report on key performance metrics of the team.
- Communicates effectively and proactively with theHead of Operations, Department Leads and Senior Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- With 2-5 years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role.
- With knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- With great sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Strong leadership and multi-tasking skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
