Sales Support Associate  

Outboxed Solutions Inc. (OSI) is a fast-growing, Valenzuela-based, design and fabrication company that imagines, creates, and sells modern home furniture and office systems. We've built a fit-out practice over the last four years and are on the lookout for architects and industrial designers to help us design products and manage our fit-out projects. We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support associate to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers.

The sales support associate's responsibilities include:

• Provide assistance to the sales department for daily operations and strategies to sell products and services
• Understand all products & services in an as complete and in-depth way as possible.
• Support Sales team in organizing various projects
• Assist in identifying market trends to build short and medium-term sales pipelines to meet targets.
• Provide insights relevant to product development and pricing.
• Move opportunities through the sales funnel by cultivating prospect relationships through initiating communications and providing follow-up communications.
• Work with the Marketing lead and the Sales lead to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Manage data about new and prospective clients using available CRM, logging all communications, and providing accurate documentation and information.

• Must be familiar with utilizing social media platforms and other channels to conduct business development communication strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Capacity to build relationships with managers and business leaders.
• Experience in Sales, Lead Generation or Marketing, preferably in fit-out, fixtures or construction industry
