Job Description

Corporate Planning Analyst will responsible to identify and monitor the implementation of the company's business activities to ensure that all of the company's business strategies can be implemented optimally in accordance with planned targets.

Job Description:

  • Plan: Gather the data from all business unit
  • Do: (a) Ensure there is alignment between management strategy and business units; (b) Identifying, compiling reports, and analyze company business data activities so that it can be evaluated by management; (c) Ensure the data or information that will be processed into reports for management is correct and accurate.
  • Check: Prepare monthly review with every business unit to plan activities to achieve company's business targets.
  • Action: Ensure the implementation of the planned activities and provide suggestion to business units that need correction so that they can achieve optimal targets.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1): Any Major
  • Minimum experiences: 6 years of relevant work experiences (Financial services industries or consulting firms, with expertise in corporate planing considered advantageous)
  • Maximum work experiences: 9 years
  • Proficiency in english (passive & active)
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the financial services industry especially in general insurance industry
  • Have an excellent in: (a) Data analysis, financial modeling, and able to derive actionable insights from complex data sets; (b) Using relevant planning and analysis tools; (c) Knowledge of industry-standard software and technologies; (d) Able to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
  • Have a strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal: is a must) to present a complex information to diverse BOD level.
  • Have an experiences in leading or collaborate with cross-functional teams/projects
