Job Description
- Conducts reviews of processes, controls, transactions, procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations across the organization
- Issues reports detailing conclusions and providesrecommendations for improvements geared towards Business Process Simplification
- Coordination with different departments for the remediation of internal audit issues
- Monitoring and validation of Financial Review and Assessment of Internal Controls
- Maintain, manage and update the policies repository of the organizationn
- Draft or revise as policies and guidelines, as necessary
- Conduct refresher trainings and orientations on organization wide activities related to internal controls, as necessary
- Project Management; plan, organize and monitor initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- A CPA/CIA with at least 5 to 7 years of work experience, preferred experience in retail operations, but not required
- Have experience in external or internal auditing
- Exposure to finance, sales, and/or distribution center operations and the related internal control framework
- Must have exposure to IT systems, processes and controls; Knowledge in SAP an advantage
- Have experience documenting processes and preparing guidelines and procedures
- Experience in data collection and analysis, an advantage
- Detail oriented, organized and is able to communicates across different levels of the organization
- Agility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities
