Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Able to network and build new and existing accounts.
- Build relationship with assigned accounts in order to retain and grow existing accounts.
- Write proposals and presentations to clients and able to sell the core competencies of the company.
- Strategize & identify revenue potential of each account and make visit plan accordingly.
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients on best practices in hospital & clinic campaign strategies, reporting, etc.
- Develop a genuine interest in your client’s business and their competitive market.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising/Media, and or Computer Science/Information Technology
- At least 1-2 years of account management or business development experience
- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plan
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Aggressive, dynamic, Self motivated and result-oriented
- Team player, Sociable, Resilient, Grit
- Outcome driven and metrics oriented
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Has knowledge in healthcare industry is a plus
