Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to TMG success by being the front liner of end-to-end hiring process of TMG. The duties revolve but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placement of applicants for present and future job opportunities. The position also advertises job openings, selection of the most suitable match applicant, screen applicants by checking background and references, and processing of documents for new hires. The position requires possession of certain degree of qualities such as keen attention to details, organized, adept in social communication on various level and media channels, and possession of the corporate values instituted by TMG as the position entails being the front liner of the organization to future employees.
What you’re expected to do
- Responsible for job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career websites, and other possible channels and source or search for applicants on mentioned media and TMG applicant tracking system.
- Source and match applicants for future job openings.
- Send invitation and schedule applicants for formal interview.
- Perform recruitment caravan and school visitation for recruitment partnership.
- Check applications and phone screen the applicants prior to invitation.
- Perform a screening interview and elaborate to the applicants the nature of the job and the hiring process of TMG.
- Request applicants to complete mandatory company requirements and perform a background check on applicants and identify potential red flags.
- Coordinate with the hiring department for the second and final interview.
- Participate in implementing new recruitment technology or operations such as applicant tracking systems and other screening tools.
- Process the end-to-end hiring process of applicants as requested.
- Communicate with hiring managers to determine vacancies and job duties to be filled.
- Endorse new hires for New Employee Orientation and Food Safety Sanitation training for operations and other foundation employees.
- Responsible for transmitting contract to the employee on training to change for probationary status and invite employees for signature on status change (from Training to Probationary).
- Coordinate with operations managers, directors, and establishment managers on deployment of candidates.
- Assist in the completion and compilation TMG mandatory requirements for 201 filing of successful applicants.
- Assist in consolidation of bank forms and provide assistance on the creation of payroll accounts as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of Training Contracts as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of Probationary Contracts as needed.
- Create and coordinate status reports to the Talent Acquisition Officer and Group Operations Department.
- Request for recruitment budget and liquidate for Recruitment Caravan.
- Forecast budget and liquidate recruitment expenses.
- Perform related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Monitoring on the status of new hires.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate with a degree of BS Business Administration Major in Human Resource, BS Psychology (being an RPM is an advantage)
- Has experience with corporate recruitment.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment
- Detailed
- Ability to adapt in a high stress environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google workspace
- Proficiency with Job platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Etc. is a plus.
- Data-driven.
- Good communication skills.
