Job Description
- Define overall Trade & Shopper Marketing strategy (distribution, promotion, visibility, activation) to achieve business objectives.
- Design, develop, implement, and measure trade marketing programs / shopper activation plans to stimulate sell-thru and sell-out, and drive loyalty of customers and consumers.
- Collaborate with Pricing to optimize promotions.
- Execute in-store excellence and ensure merchandising guidelines implementation to drive brand preference, increase acquisition and basket size.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistency in brand presence
- Manage metrics and reporting processes related to all trade & shopper programs and provide actionable recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in Trade and Shopper Marketing. Experience in Brand Management, Brand Activation and/or Sales is a plus.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Experience in people management and collaboration with multi-functional teams to drive operational and executional excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence customers and internal leadership to deliver objectives.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and presentation skills.
