Sales Officer  

• Schedule meeting with customers based on Leads generated by the tele-lead generation team, or by himself on a list of targeted accounts
• ·Visit large competitive or mixed accounts in order to create sales opportunities by presenting the company's product line.
• Assess how customers operate their lines and what are their current pain points to be able to offer solutions.
• Present a compelling vision of how our service offering will allow the customer to minimize downtime, optimize throughput and monitor his line performance through a range of services including securing the transition to our Coding & Marking products, guaranteed uptime, guaranteed response time or any other specific service required by the customer
• Qualify the opportunities for competitive displacements and encourage the customer to launch a demo / trial
• Conduct customer visit jointly with service technician and/ or principal in order to allow them to follow on the opportunity and educate them on this new approach to enter competitive accounts
• Ensure with the service technician the feasibility and the cost of the service solution proposed to the customer
• Visit existing Coding & Marking customers with large installed base and convinces them to migrate to service contracts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Prepare reports as directed by the immediate superior
• Attend to customers requests/concerns in a timely manner.
• Build strong customer relationship to avoid loss.

Skills and Abilities:

· Technical knowledge on printing technology (ex Videojet coding technologies CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LCM) is an advantage

· Background on VRS – technical, installation, operations, value proposition is an advantage

· Ability to interact with senior managers such as maintenance managers and plant managers at the customer

· Ability to understand the customer pain points in terms of maintenance and uptime and line optimization, ability to talk to common manufacturing metrices (like OEE)

· Ability to build and deliver a compelling service value proposition

· Strong Communication Presentation and Negotiation Skills

· Successfully been working with a CRM tool (ideally SFDC) and Office programs

· Strong analytical and planning skills;

· Excellent problem-solving skills;
