Job Description
The Dental Billing Specialist will be part of the Dental Team, which manages services such as billing, collections, and payments of various Dental clinics/service providers in the United States.He/she will be tasked with the following:
- Keying confidential information of payments into the prescribed system
- Check accuracy of data
- Process billing statements of patients
- Coordinate with clients on patients' transaction details and payments
- Properly navigate the prescribed system and ensure correct process is followed
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 1-2 years experience in Dental/ Healthcare account
- Good communication skills
- Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills
- Data entry skills (40 WPM or better)
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
- Able to Work From Home, must have a reliable internet connection
