Job Description
- Maintain and administer the HRIS.
- Ensure employee information is updated
- Ensure timekeeping settings for the employees are updated
- Administer Timekeeping and Payroll
- Process payroll bi-weekly, including adhoc income and deductions.
- Generate related reports (payroll register, payroll summary / JV, government remittances, etc.).
- Prepare and process alpha list, annualization,13th month computation & final pay computation.
- Administer mandatory and company benefits
- Prepare reports for government remittances (e.g. SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, Bank employee loans, etc.).
- Ensure annual renewal of government clearances.
- Assist employees with benefit claims for both government and company-issued benefits.
- Conduct re/orientations related to C&B.
- Assist in designing new C&B programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
- Develop concepts and overall plans.
- Implement approved plans.
- Monitor execution and evaluation.
- Provide and analyze related reports.
- Assist in the review and development of policies and procedures.
- Prepare employment certificates and respond to employment verification requests.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of HR, Business Administration, Math or related courses.
- 3-5 years experience in human resources
- Background compensation and benefits administration
- Experience in organizing employee engagement activities
- Proficient in the use of timekeeping and payroll software/ HRIS
- Knowledge on government benefits administration
- Able to use Canva, Photoshop and the like, a plus
- Able to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of individuals.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Trustworthy and can be relied upon with confidential information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to report to the office as needed.
- Able to work overtime hours if needed.
