Parts Cataloging Specialist  

The mission of our partner company is to connect the world’s parts and build the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts.

This role is responsible for performing a number of tasks including vehicle research and identification, parts data correction, data quality assurance, and manual data entry. All data is related to cars and car parts. So experience as an automotive mechanic or related vehicle parts experience is important.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle research and identification
• Manual data entry of car’s data and parts
• Parts data correction and quality assurance
• Mapping automobile parts photos and product titles to our automobile parts categories
• Determining and correcting matches/mismatches between Automobile A and Automobile B
• Assessing the accuracy of fitment information

• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or related experience in automotive parts sales or customer service
• Proficiency in parts management and understands automobile mechanical and electronic functions
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Fluent communication in English
• Flexibility to adapt to multiple different tasks
• High efficiency in manual work
• Sense of responsibility to perform tasks efficiently in a remote work environment
