Channel Sales Executive is primarily responsible for the sale of the products or services of Wireless Link Technologies, Inc. To reach clients no matter how far or remote they are by calling, emailing, and even extending our reach by traveling to clients' locations. Channel Sales Executive work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Close sales and achieve quarterly and monthly quotas
- Maintain and expand the database of prospect
- Understand customer needs and requirement
- Ensure maintain a professional attitude to deals with prospects, customers and existing dealers.
- Manage and provide solutions to all issues related to customer satisfaction.
- Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
- Maintain and updates accurate data to the customers.
- Provide a good service after sales.
- Liable for collecting/accepting payment ( cash/check ).
- Answering calls and speak in a pleasant tone of voice.
- Always attain/check email inquiry.
Minimum Qualifications

- Preferably with knowledge in ICT products
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
