Job Description
- Provides information and assistance to employees and applicants with respect to all aspects of the job search process
- Maintains up to date and accurate list of jobs and vacancies
- Manages end-to-end recruitment
- Performs orientations and update records of new staff
- Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment sources
- Prepares all documents relating to appointments including job offer, etc.
- Ensures that the new hire employment requirements are complete before the starting date
- Maintains and updates employee database and ensures proper recording, approval and disposition of all documents received in accordance with the policies and procedures
- Monthly and weekly timekeeping preparation by providing relevant data every cut-off
- Assists employees to all aspects of mandatory benefits including proper documentation (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, BIR)
- Responsible for the coordination with the Head Office to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee's data related to HR
- Participates in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Investigates complaints brought forward by employees
- Monitors employees due for evaluation
- Assists in handling company events like Christmas Party, Team Building, Sports Fest etc.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Top Management
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- With at least 1 year work experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with wide range of individuals
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decision and judgements
- Knowledgeable on personnel administration and documentation
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines
- Team player and keen to details
