Will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating company training programs for continuing development of multiple skills.

Learning and Development

<ul>
	<li>Coordinates the implementation of approved trainings with training providers and participants.</li>
	<li>Implements approved training programs within budget and schedule; and monitors actual training expenses and prepares related reports.</li>
	<li>Prepares training logistics (venue, catering arrangements, training materials, certificates, payments, etc.) and ensures smooth flow of in-house training programs.</li>
	<li>Evaluates training programs, communicates training feedback, and makes follow through as needed.</li>
	<li>Keeps training records complete and up to date (Training request forms, Feedback forms, and training certificates).</li>
	<li>Updates the list of Accredited Facilitators/Training providers as needed.</li>
	<li>Submits training related reports within schedule (HR Metrics, Year End Reports, other training related reports).</li>
	<li>Conducts orientation on learning and development process, as needed.</li>
	<li>Prepares in-house learning modules and facilitates/conducts in-house training.</li>
	<li>Assists in the design and preparation of internal training modules.</li>

Competency Management System (CMS)

	<li>Oversee the development and implementation of digital solutions: This involves managing teams of designers, developers, and other specialists; may it be an outsource provider, to create and implement innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of the organization.</li>
	<li>Developing digital strategies: The supervisor is responsible for coordinating with the IT manager in developing a clear and comprehensive digital strategy, which outlines the organization's goals and objectives, as well as the tactics and technologies that will be used to achieve them.</li>
	<li>Managing projects: The supervisor is responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring that each one stays on track, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time and within budget.</li>
	<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The supervisor must work closely with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.</li>
	<li>Staying up-to-date with industry developments: The supervisor must stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the digital solutions industry, and be able to make recommendations for how the organization can leverage these advancements.</li>
