Job Responsibilities:

	<li>Fulfill any reporting requirements and escalate inquiries that need special attention or cannot be addressed.</li>
	<li>Manage comments and direct messages related to contests.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely and accurate communication to maintain a positive community presence.</li>

Performance Expectations:

	<li>Must have experience in community management for consumer retail brands.</li>
	<li>Ability to handle high volumes of communication efficiently.</li>
